Xam Capital Ltd.'s (The Company) aim is to provide constant and comprehensive care for our shareholders' investments.

By putting their money into the Company investors can rest assured that we'll treat it very carefully. First of all, we don't leverage it, meaning we don't have any debt to banks, brokers or third parties. Thus there can never be any pressure on us to liquidate investments at bad times or low prices.

We are very aware of the fact that markets can drop suddenly and behave irrationally. That's why we usually keep a substantial cash position to be ready for unexpected events and emerging opportunities. We monitor currency trends and will shift our cash positions accordingly. Our reporting currency is the US dollar but our investments are not necessarily related. Depending on our view of the markets we may hold positions in many non-US markets and currencies.

Safety is our number one concern and therefore we invest predominantly in big companies with good track records, sizeable dividend payments and a bright future. On occasion we also buy into smaller growth companies but this part of our investment will never become dominant.

We concentrate on diverse international shares, cash and precious metals. We do not invest in exotic instruments, derivatives, CDO's, LBO's, private equity, structured products etc. We just stick to the basics which have been known and traded since ages.

Constant and comprehensive care means that we want to play the role of a prudent parent who looks after the family money in a most responsible manner.

Wild speculation, profit maximisation and short-term fashions have no place in our company.
